The Clark Family – A Personal Post

Happy Friday!

As most of you know, we rarely do personal posts. But today is an exception! I want to share a small glimpse of my precious family with everyone. When we decided to pack it up last year and move to the city, I knew it might be a long time before my entire family would be together again. So we set a date in November when we would be back in Arkansas and my entire family would be gathered together, and I designed an entire photo shoot just for my family. I am convinced that these kiddos are in the top 2% of the most adorable children ever made (I’m obviously not biased at all).

I sewed the suspenders and bowties for the boys. I made the scrap skirts and hair accessories for the girls. I covered my great-grandmother’s antique table with handmade cupcake stands (complete with cupcakes), burlap, lace and rosemary. Each family had their own coordinating color scheme, and I don’t think I could be any happier with the outcome.

I know I may have gone a little overboard … but when it comes to doting on nieces and nephews, I’m not sure there’s really such a thing. And there may even be a few photos of me and Caleb in here if you look hard enough!

Enjoy-

Kari

Nicole + Casey – An Endearing Engagement

Happy Friday!

We have been counting down the days to this weekend for some time now. Two of our very best friends (who live in Thailand) are going to be arriving at our apartment on Sunday to stay for the week. We are SO excited to spend the week with them!

But for today, we have Nicole + Casey’s engagement session for your viewing pleasure. These two were so worried about their engagement session, that they brought us a delicious bottle of wine as an apology! HA! They were so natural in front of the camera, we barely had to tell them what to do. Enjoy!

Kristy + Carson – A Rustic Wedding

Happy Wednesday!

This week has been INSANE for us. I recently announced that I’m going to be publishing my first novel this summer, and the planning and social networking that goes hand-in-hand with that announcement has overtaken my life. If you’re interested in following my novel as I get ready to publish, you can read about my progress here.

Today we have a beautiful rustic wedding for your enjoyment. Kristy and Carson are such a gorgeous couple, and we have been dying to share this wedding with you! If you missed their engagement session or bridal session, make sure you check them out. We wish Kristy and Carson all the best in their marriage.
